Returns
We welcome returns for any reason within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unopened and in its original, sealed packaging. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. This applies to new-in-box merchandise only. All used sets, blind bags, blind boxes, gift boxes, and minifigures are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you by email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the status of your return.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 days.

You will be responsible for paying any shipping costs related to returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
